The CEO of one Estonian manufacturer did not. The company sells to rescue and defence forces around the world and has to meet NATO and EU requirements. The morning started with questions: purchasing waits for approval, quality asks where this batch came from, sales wants to know whether the deadline holds. Every department's step went through the CEO, because the company's knowledge lived in his head and in Excel. Cloud AI was off the table, because the data cannot leave the building.
Why? Not because he could not delegate. Because every decision came back to him: nobody else knew what he knew. The system knows the numbers, but not why a decision was made. When the knowledge lives in one person, every question goes to that person. And in the morning there is no time left to think.
We looked at it and it clicked: this is not one company's problem.
Who is this for? Your part
We are building a company that does in-house only what cannot be bought. Infrastructure, accounting, legal, design, marketing, even part of the development: all of it is bought in. What stays in-house is knowledge of the field, the customer's trust and the decisions. That part is you.
We are looking for co-founders, not employees.
- Technical co-founder. ERP core, in-house language model, security. You have built systems that get audited.
- Quality and compliance expert. NATO AQAP, ISO 9001, auditable process. You know the difference between compliance on paper and compliance for real.
- Sales into regulated sectors. Defence, rescue, medical, energy. You know how decisions are made there and how long it takes.
If your field is missing here but you are the best in it that you know, write anyway. Separately, we are looking for two or three companies willing to think along as the first pilots.
The solution: a new model for running a company, built from the foundation
Technically, it is an ERP. But built from scratch around one constraint: the data never leaves the building.
- An in-house language model on the company's own servers.
- Classification on every record and a full audit trail in the core, not as an add-on module.
- Data is entered once and moves between departments by itself.
- Each manager gets a desk with their own permissions. The AI prepares decisions and the day's plan.
The human is the pilot. The AI is the assistant. A built-in second pilot has the duty to doubt.
Why not Dynamics 365, Katana or Erply? Good systems, but cloud-first and built for retail and small manufacturers. Compliance and AI come as add-ons. We want the data in-house and the audit trail in the core.
Where we are: validating the idea, looking for partners
There is no code yet, and that is deliberate. Before building, we want to know whether the problem is real beyond the one company where we met it. Right now we are talking to managers and experts and looking for partners. If such a system already exists and gets there faster, tell us: better to build on it than to build it again.

The name comes from the Estonian word taipamine: the moment it clicks. In Lithuanian, taip means "yes". That moment is what we want to give back to the CEO's mornings.
